Learning Formats

The training and coaching is delivered using a mix of formats comprising self learning, online class room, interactive class room sessions along with onsite support where necessary

The training is imparted with the help of Simulation tools, Group discussions, Projects, Problem solving and Case studies, helping them to become conversant in applying the skills and the knowledge gained.

In addition to an Open Support Desk, INJEX offers extensive handholding through a well structured mentorship programmes

“MULTIPLE LEARNING FORMAT”

TAUGHT MODULES –NON -INTERACTIVE

The subject expert does a video recording of the MODULES and the chapters there in. Either personally walks through the entire course explaining the topics or have a voice over explaining the same . The Video is uploaded and can be played any number of times by the students.

NON-TAUGHT SELF PACED

Recorded Videos of modules, with topics explained by the instructor on video or with a voice over. Students can access the videos any number of times but within the scheduled completion time to complete the course

NON-TAUGHT SELF PACED

The subject expert teaches live online to students on scheduled dates. The students may all assemble at one location to listen to the lectures or attend them from wherever they are. These sessions will be interspersed with questions for students and likewise students can interact with the subject expert / instructor asking questions for greater clarity and understanding of the topics being taught. The session will be recorded for repeat viewing

ONSITE TRAINING

A scheduled training programme is conducted by the instructor for students assembled at a single location. The sessions will be highly interactive and delivered in person

BLENDED LEARNING

Through this format, students get access to modules to study on their own and use the option of attending online interactive sessions delivered by the instructor on prescheduled topics. The students also have the option of using one to one mentorship in select topics

ASSIGNMENT

Students will be tested for their ability to apply their newly learned skills in completing tasks relating to a role. The assignments will focus on the techniques, concepts and methodologies taught

CASE STUDIES & GROUP DISCUSSIONS

Students will be given case studies from specific areas will be asked to offer their insights and approach they would have taken to solve the problems discussed in a real or imagined situation. This would help strengthen a student’s conceptualization and analytical skills

QUIZ & TESTS

Students will have to take quiz papers set at the end of each module to test the level of comprehension gained.

MOCK SESSIONS

This is an immersive experience that is extended to students to help them experience a near real life business situations with challenges drawn from real life events.

WORKSHOPS

Technical workshops are conducted for some of courses in partnership with industry associations . Students get the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in checking their level of comprehension and confidence in handling a role

VIRTUAL FACTORY VISITS

Injex offers a library of virtual factory visits for students pursuing courses in production and quality management.

SIMULATION

Students have the unique opportunity to sharpen and strengthen their core knowledge & Understanding of the subjects learnt with the help INJEX’s proprietary simulation tool.
